Rules of reviewing scientific articles

 

The articles incoming to be published in the journal must be considered, approved and recommended for publication by the Academic Boards of the core scientific-research institutes, universities and heads of enterprises.

The articles coming to the editorial office will be sent for reviewing; based on the reviewing results decision will be made on the article publication, necessity for its improvement or refusal of further consideration and publication.

The received articles are reviewed by specialists of the leading enterprises of industry (MATI – RGTU after K.E.Tsiolkovsky, NIAT, TsAGI, MAI, CIAM, etc).

The editorial board will send manuscripts liable to improvement to the authors with the reviewer’s remarks.

When the manuscript is returned to the editorial office, the further work will be done by the editorial stuff in compliance with the process of the issue preparation.
